About the BCOURAGEOUS || brand

The designer decided not to be sad and to create a sneaker line in honor of her breast cancer awareness. The Italian leather of her personalized sneaker is pink, green and white. pink is the color of breast cancer and camouflage green represents the pants I wore for the week for chemotherapy. The inside flap has the breast cancer logo. BCOURAGEOUS |I sneakers are a reminder to perform breast self-exam and annual mammograms. Italian high-quality leather defines a stylish sneaker in a sporty, casual low-top silhouette. The shoe is characterized by a lace front closure and padded ankle collar for a snug and comfortable fit. On the external side: two eyelets that provide ventilation, and the logo for a stronger recognizable identity.

An idea and design created by Belinda Salley

Belinda Salley is a single mom of two daughters Darnajah 20 and Dasia 16. she is a 28-year-old social worker committed to customer service and the community. In November of 2020 she was traveling for girls and I found a lump in her breast which was alarming. She discovered the day before Thanksgiving in 2020 that she had lobular carcinoma in her left breast. March 10, 2020 she underwent a mastectomy that changed her life. She prayed and then I asked God to walk as she faced this diagnosis.
